Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided are estimates only. We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the place of delivery requested by you, however, once the parcel has been handed to the courier, we can no longer influence the delivery in any way.

If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location or not, please do get in touch via any channel (social media, e-mail, Whatsapp).

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

Please do keep proof of order (e-mail, receipt, invoice) in case you would like to open any inquiry.

All deliveries are sent out from United Kingdom.

For domestic shipping we send with Evri, and there is also the option for pick up from my studio in Margate which is free of charge.

For international shipping we send with DHL.

Should you like to inquire regarding delivery times, arrange for a different method of shipping, or if one of the two options does not show at checkout, please contact us on any channel and we will do our best to assist you in a timely manner.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

The address confirmation is given upon the review of buy page in the checkout section of the site, please make sure to check the details before finalising the order.

However, if this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately.

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however if already processed some orders cannot be adjusted.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

RETURNS

Returns can be processed if made in no more than 14 days from the moment the order is received by the recipient, and only if they are returned in the same state they were dispatched in.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
